• How long does the online White Card course take?

  Our trainer-led online White Card course takes approximately 5 hours to complete.

  Once finished, you’ll receive your Statement of Attainment, proving your certification.

• How soon can I start working after completing the White Card online course?

  Once you successfully complete your online White Card training, you’ll receive your Statement of Attainment on the same day.

  This allows you to start work immediately while waiting for your official physical White Card to be sent to you in the mail.

• What documents do I need for online White Card training?

  For online white card training in Australia, you will need:

  • A valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s licence, passport)
  • A webcam and microphone for identity verification
  • A USI (Unique Student Identifier)

• Does the White Card expire?

  No, a White Card does not expire as long as you continue working in construction.

  However, if you have not worked in the industry for two consecutive years, you may need to retrain to refresh your knowledge.

• How will I receive my White Card after completing the course?

  Once you successfully complete the online white card course, you will receive a Statement of Attainment, followed by your physical White Card, which will be mailed to you.

  Processing times vary but typically take 7 to 14 business days.

• What happens if I lose my White Card?

  If you lose your White Card, you will need to apply for a replacement from the issuing body in the state where you originally completed the training.
